We advise high-net-worth individuals, companies, developers, and investors on development land, industrial, retail/NNN, and 1031 exchanges across the Austin MSA and Central Texas — combining traditional brokerage with engineering and finance discipline.
Steven Owen — Commercial Real Estate Agent
Steven is a born-and-raised Austinite (Westlake High School, 1997). He earned a BS in Engineering from SMU (2001) and an MBA in Finance from NYU (2009), and brings an unusually operational background to brokerage. Before real estate he was CFO/COO and partner of beverage company CLEAN Cause, founder and president of EZ Gold Exchange (a SaaS company), and president and COO of Wondercide. Earlier in his career, as an IBM executive, he was responsible for over $100 million in projects with Fortune 100 companies — including the development of some of the world's top supercomputers.
Today Steven specializes in commercial real estate investments, acquisitions, and dispositions — land, industrial, retail, and office. Having grown up in a real estate family and watched Austin's growth firsthand, he applies financial modeling, highest-and-best-use analysis, and an operator's eye to every deal.
